Being in a college town, the school year is your big driver.

I have two young drivers and cannot get  an umbrella because of it so we have higher independent liability policies for now. 

Our main drivers were: Son being in almost college age by then and us being close to retirement, so having a paid off house, is a nice thing.Now, we have family coming to live with us temporarily(not sure how long though) so we are considering buying a bigger house as one option.

I am new to the world of Real Estate, and currently make my living as an OTR (over the road) truck driver.

I am an OTR truck driver who came on the road to cut out all expenses and save up for a career in aviation as a pilot.  

Do you have a drivers license? 

Since my primary driver is owning buy and hold properties and making my money on rentals, the buy/sell model I use periodically fits perfect as I'm already managing 20 rental units that rent for between $1300-$2400/month so 2 or 4 more is hardly any added work while I wait the 12 months to get to capital gains or I incorporate it into my rental group and sell off one I've had for over a year. 

I take drivers license pics and a copy of tax returns.

I'm a truck driver by day and I'm looking to change careers. im looking to get into wholesaling, fix& flip, rehabs , multi family units.

We went through many trials and tribulations- undependable,mia contractors when rehabbing, layed off tenants, negotiating rent payment splits, having a drunk driver take out 2 units, and having to take over for a bad property manager, but in the end it was worth it.
