It is a major tech hub in the midwest with large companies like Intel investing $20 billion, Amazon investing $3.5 billion, Google building 2 new data centers: one in downtown Columbus and the other in right outside of U.S. 33 in Lancaster.Currently, there are only 3 C class areas in Columbus.

My parents run a very successful MTR in downtown Santa Barbara. 

I’ve been wanting to purchase a vacation rental near the downtown area for some time, but I haven’t come by the right property or management company.

Its a phenomenal place in my opinion unless your talking directly in the heart of downtown Myrtle.

What are your thoughts on MTR's in downtown areas like East Village and how have you gone about estimating demand / vacancy?
