I would like to do the same thing and was listening to this brain health webinar where a doctor (Evan Brand) who lives on a farm told of a patient of his who lived on a farm growing up and as a child would play outside and airplanes would fly overhead dropping glyphosate, presumably on whatever they wanted to kill and it messed up her microbiome.

I just purchased a rental property in a decent area and somehow my neighbors thought I was moving in and said “welcome, I heard you are a doctor” I did not want my future tenant to know what I am, but I guess the tenant would soon learn what the landlord do.

@Sergey KalinaI wouldn't take medical advice from a friend unless they were a health professional(doctor, nurse, etc).You shouldn't take advice from a friend unless they practice tax or accounting.Regarding the deductions - it really depends on if the house was in service and what activity you are doing(buy and hold or flipping).
