When you're there in person you'll really get a flavor for the neighborhood and the town as well as the quality of the subs you plan to hire, etc... 

LV is kind of interesting to me because driving around the area I don't always have a clear distinct sense that the area is good or bad unless ofcourse it is just right before your eyes.
