Start small and have a team that you can dedicate to certain areas of the country. 

What rate of return could you earn on the leveraged funds, and how risky is the venture that would be dedicated to.

All of your time should be dedicated towards this. 

After researching this topic for some time I realize you need to hire a full time dedicated VA who is working for you and not doing anything else.  

If not, I'd recommend going through a title company as they have a full team dedicated to protecting us for these specific issues. 

I share my story so the person reading this, who is where I was at in March, will know your goals can be attainable in Real Estate with hard work and dedicating the time to do the research.  

My wife recently purchased an 8000 watt electrical ceramic kiln, 240V 1 phase power, 33.6 amps.I am installing in the basement of my home (owner occupant, not in a municipality that requires an electrician's license):1. 50 amp dedicated breaker in the panel, per kiln manufacturer's recommendation.

I think there are 2 or 3 courtrooms dedicated to eviction cases and I make my way to the one my case has been assigned to.
