What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I'm not just talking about them notarized wich we already did 2x but filling out the " Statement of fact" paper wich wants your drivers license your ,sdn all address for last ten years all spouses and children's info your employment history and a narrative about why you don't want the property plus your notary and thumb print.

It doesn't quite remind me of 2004-2008 since the borrowers need to have a history of paying their bills on time and provide evidence of the capacity to repay the debt, for investment properties lenders are requiring anywhere rom 10-25% down depending on the loan amount and documentation. 

It's best for when you don't have two years of W2 work history.

Most of them have been from newer accounts with very little history, so my guess is theyre bots or part of some lead-gen scheme.
