Erwin,Short term rental would be the path I'd like to go, with an open mind to flipping down the road.

There will be the soft costs, like planning, permits, infrastructure, utility extensions, roads, etc..

Ideally I have skin in all three options for buying and holding as well as BRRRR down the road (diversifying).
