It helps that I also pay with 10 percent off coupons at Lowes and gift cards from Raise and/or Card Pool.And I do put washers and dryers in many of my rentals; however, if in your area tenants tend to bring their own then hold off on doing this. 

I was also raised this way - pay off mortgages as soon as possible, save money in the bank, pay cash for everything, use coupons (what a terrible way to spend time before digital coupons, cutting out little pieces of paper, which I did).

WW was cheapest (they include $189 per window coupons in our local ad mailers fairly frequently).

@Chris Seveney We are seeing exactly the same thing with the exception of short-term bridge not making it quite to par (low 90s in low double digit coupon rates).

I contacted AirBnB & I ended up (after my stay, we were lucky enough to just bunk with the friend I was visiting on her air mattress) getting a 20% coupon from AirBnB - and this was a Super Host.  

A company may have a tax liability, say 100,000 grand, they will purchase the credits at say 60 cents or 60K and use them as coupons paying their tax liability.

Other than maybe talking to the resort about coupons, etc.

@Andrew Postell You are in the business so you know that the LLPA's are paid by both by higher coupons and discount points, NOT just points/fees.

I only have a lowe's in my area...There are also lots of coupons on places like Ebay that I plan on using.  

Oh yeah, and clip coupons and only eat out at buy one get one free restaurants until you’re well on your way toward that first million.
