With so many investors on this forum, are there any good PM companies that anyone can vouch for in Cleveland?   

Any luck on if this company is legit, looking to use them for funding too.

My wife and I moved down to Central Florida from Hamburg just over 5 years ago and are running our own brokerage and property management company. 

.)- Average days on market- Absorption rate- Historical data on rents and sale prices in the area- Population growth- Main economic drivers (industries, individual companies, etc.)- Crime stats... if you know specific zip codes/submarkets that you'd like to target, the best data will come from local precincts. - and more..I'd recommend remaining active not only here on BiggerPockets, but in other valuable RE investment networks that you can find - i.e. local meetups (meetup.com, eventbrite, BP local events). 

@Wade Wisner Our company has been in the space for well over a decade, i would suggest the key to finding quality notes is networking in networks of those who are creating notes already and don't know they can sell them.  

There is a company in my area that it looks like it will cost me about $400 a year per property but after this week I would welcome that "insurance" as I just had a large unexpected AC bill.  

@Travis Marko There are several skip tracing companies out there.

What do you do with the profits from the company to avoid income taxes.
