They seem very reasonable regulations and  seem to help safety rather than harm

No telling what issues this could have caused if I didn’t know they moved out and there was no power to the home for a month.

There is a cap on short-term rental permits in Breck and in Summit County ... and both caps are well over the limit.I'm not against AI, but these types of un-vetted responses can harm new investors. 

Dig deeper into the cause of those vacancies and look at broader trends like job growth and vacancy rates.

It's very frustrating bc the situation isn't anything I caused.

There was an issue with probate that needed to be resolved, which caused a significant delay.

If a painter leaves the rags they stain with in a pile, they can spontaneously combust and cause it to catch fire.

Their rehabs will be cheaper, they'll go with the cheapest loan which will cause you more headaches and time. 

The community is where the value is - not that the knowledge and legal docs aren't important cause they are.

And it was real estate speculation here that helped cause the Great Depression.
