When part of your training cost is software that you will be using for your deals - is it education or an asset that will be placed in service once you start using it?

I would just add that you need to use some software (excel, wave) to keep track of your income and expenses.

Bookkeeping software would likely note that a transaction took place, and maybe it would be able to categorize it correctly, but maybe not.

It also has lots of included features, like the auto reply  email and we embed their code in our website so it's always synced up with our software/Rent Manager.
