Other way to get an idea is a plumber with a camera,,,they can tell exactly where  the camera is at any given timeIn the OLD days around here it wasnt uncommon to find a 52 Packard and two tractor tires as a septic tank (wink wink) Okay maybe exaggerated ,,,maybe only a 47 Dodge,,,stranger things have been foundAsk the neighbor where HIS is then so you can keep it straight.

Tucker, if you have someone in house that is licensed i'd encourage you to put it through the multiple listing service what is local to you, whether that is columbus or anywhere else. it feeds to all of those sites and should be no cost if you have someone licensed. we always put the units we lease on craigslist and between those two methods it's never taken more than 30 days. we take professional level photography with a camera we invested in.

I have done very well, but it's been by buying at a discount, being very conservative with repairs, accounting for cap ex, getting repairs done cheaper than the other guys (I own, for example, a commercial snake, line locator, camera, etc.), rehabbing with an understanding of durability, and, if I'm being completely honest, quite a bit of luck due to an appreciating market.

I never said what criteria they didn't meet or where I got the info, the last thing I wanna do is tip these people off about how they use Facebook.I actually had one guy recently who's facebook profile pic was him giving two middle fingers to the camera while chillin with his pitbull, and online records showed 3 felonies including weapons, mob action, theft, and some other misdemeanor stuff.
