It has been so random for me, that I have stopped worrying about trying to time my leases to correspond with certain times on the calendar.

Also, I would assume to are locked in to a calendar month as well so if you give them notice on the 15th, you're stuck with them until the end of the following month.

You would do well to request a copy of probate "Letters" to review for powers.If full powers, a (15) calendar day notice of sale is sufficient, unless an objection by claimants, creditors or heirs.If limited or special powers, court confirmation is required and may be subject to overbid.

It's just an event on the calendar.

The guideline is that to meet the burden of owner occupied you must live in the property for the majority of each calendar year.

Apparently VRBO / HomeAway is no longer allowing you to use your shared Google Calendar to block dates on your booking calendar "because many calendars from this site include personal events".
