Oil burners need to be serviced every year.

Haven't contacted the uncertified guys yet -- the new tenant is ok with cheaper rent and trying out the propane wall burner for this winter.

They just cannot afford to delay payment and pay their subs so guess who's job will get put on the back burner when another job comes along ?

I have always been interested in real estate but put it on the back burner while i focused on my career.

Should I use a google voice account/number, burner phone, etc?

I have a coil top stove in one nice rental and we have only replaced the reflectors below each burner so I may return to buying coil tops.  

I plan to take it apart this summer and clean the burners (hack saw blade to the slots) and seal up any gaps in the cast iron puzzle pieces that comprise the combustion chamber (but first I will blow theatrical smoke inside the chamber in order to suss out where any potential leaks might be).

I had put this on the back burner, but it has recently moved up on my list. 

One resident mentioned a stove that has only had 2 burners working (Oven is dead too)for 3 years.

it was a great place and I will still do bizz here though.. we have some big subdivisions on the burners but I can manage those from afar.I really like your area fountain square and Bates... if I was buying cash flow rentals in the US that's where I would be buying them..
