While liquid dishwasher & laundry detergent is cheaper, you basically have to leave out the whole bottle so you risk that they're gonna use a ton of it (either on purpose or accidentally spill it or whatever).

Ihave a situation in which tenants, that are younger and in the military and have really beat up my home badly with liquor bottles, to a ripped off door, to what I believe is drug paraphernalia etc etc We recently took control of the property and will be contacting their commanding officer and if we have these drugs tested and they are what we think they are, then I believe we will have some real issues on our hand.

Ultimately I decided the best option for me was simply a simple reed oil diffuser that's perpetually on sale at Walmart for $5 bottle, lasts 30+ days, and does not look like a those cheap dollar store twist-up air fresheners that looks like a cross between a toilet wax ring, a fly trap, and a skyscraper Smurf house.
