The water is not working

I got a call from my Tenant saying that there is no water running at this time (4pm on a Friday) I called the water department and said if they received my payment and they have, we are current. Also, I said to the water department if any work have been done near my home and they said no. I called a plumber and the plumber said the main water line MIGHT be broken (I use to had two big trees in front of the house and the city help me remove them) because it was to close of the front driveway (on each side of the front of my driveway) In order to confirm if the main water line is broken the city of Berwyn, IL with Public Works have to confirm that. (Public Works is only open from M-F and the weekend they are close) I called my Alderman (he has been a great help) he is going to help me over the weekend to have that check out, if not I will have to wait until Monday morning. Also, I’m going to call my homeowners insurance company in the morning to see if it cover relocation two of my tenants to a hotel. How should I relocate my two tenants to a hotel or is there any procedures I should follow in Illinois? Right now I’m over whelm about this situation with no running water (I know it’s going to be expense) any help I will greatly appreciate.
