Managing real estate, and doing it well, is an entirely different story.I would keep your eyes open for a book that teaches you how to manage well.

I'm currently reading David Greene's book on BRRRR and was curious about how you all go about planning or visualizing added rooms to potential purchases. 

That is the one thing that will take what you learn here, on podcast, and in books to the next level.

Have some real estate under my belt but looking into Short term rentals opposed to long term rentals.Wondering if there is a stand out book to read to gain understanding for Australian Short Term rental market/AIRBNB.Also if there is a specific group for Australians and short term rentals for Australian market/Australian tax system etc, do point me to that.Rod
