If i were active though it could have a much bigger impact.

The debt may not report to your personal credit (unless you are late on or miss payments, then all bets are off)2.

But I wouldn't be surprised to see us settle in the low 6.00% range.I have some aggressive bets in stocks and long duration bonds that will benefit if/when that happens.

It's not a get rich quick scheme, it's a lot of active work and I would have 5 yrs in my head at a minimum before you truly become established and stabilized. 

The property is not active yet. 

It seems like most people are suggesting the brand based account is the way to go, pending the legal clarification of whether it is actually possible to keep a listing active through a sale via a property management account. 

The quicker you can take action on the high dollar value decsions the quicker you will be able to grow.For sure take the time to setup the right foundation, but keeping it simple and easy when you are getting going is a safe bet!

Exploring AZ, TX, OH, and FL makes a lot of sense—those markets are active, and Florida, in particular, could offer unique opportunities with properties affected by recent hurricanes.
