Now that you have one under your belt it will probably be a little easier to get lending from other place with better terms?

Go with a B area, then after you have more experience under your belt look at C areas.

I know I am a 3rd degree black belt.

I'm still a newbie at real estate with no deals under my belt looking to have my first one be a fha owner occupant sfh in the charlotte area.

If you wouldn't be given credit for time in NY, you'll need to get 2 years under your belt before branching out as a PM on your own.

I have some negotiation tactics under my belt but I am hoping to learn about some tactics involving talking to land owners about selling their land or even thinking about selling their land.
