I will say for myself, I'm fine paying $X to install a faucet (for example), but when it is broken down into $A for travel, $B for labour...it bugs me-stupid, I know, but I'm being honest.

For instance, say I run across a 3 family at 4,000 square feet but its marketed as a 6 bed 3 bath property.

-Depending on your location, I wonder if there is a market for bunk beds in primary suites.
