It's weird, and I may be barking up the wrong tree, but here goes:From my own hands-on vantage point, I've also noticed something else from the accumulating evidence of the kinds of houses I keep on seeing here as Indy MI properties: the bulk of the single-families and the duplexes seem to be one-story bungalows with low-slope, typically hipped roofs.

If it is walking too loud I have told tenants to work it out between them but I have had to tell tenants no powertool/workshops, Super loud music, incessant barking, clogs/drunken shenanigans on the stairs and kids running the hallway after quiet hours.
