I have also had dogs chew the bark off of trees.

He started barking non-stop one day and we went out to discover that our portable carport we had just bought had blown into their yard and the legs were banging back and forth against their roof.  

Hope this month turns out similar to last month for most where the threat of no rent is more bark than bite.

With a slight staging.Outside with green grass cut yesterday, fertilized 4 weeks ago and double cross cut,  six $4 bags of bark and 3 $15 plants that are 18inches high.Don't need high end, Just clean and smart and flow!

It's weird, and I may be barking up the wrong tree, but here goes:From my own hands-on vantage point, I've also noticed something else from the accumulating evidence of the kinds of houses I keep on seeing here as Indy MI properties: the bulk of the single-families and the duplexes seem to be one-story bungalows with low-slope, typically hipped roofs.

They won't bark at you or anything else, they wont chew, show aggression or even interest in you.

If it is walking too loud I have told tenants to work it out between them but I have had to tell tenants no powertool/workshops,  Super loud music, incessant barking, clogs/drunken shenanigans on the stairs  and kids running the hallway after quiet hours. 

....and odd smells like pot growing inside a unit or worse smells to indicate someone may have passed, pets that continually bark that may be locked up for days and in distress. 

If you are already saying it's an SFBO instead of an FSBO you may already be barking up the wrong tree :-)In all seriousness, hire a real estate attorney or a Realtor.

You need to understand our (my) bark as it comes across sometimes nothing meant by it, but short and to the point without sugar is the way I usually serve it....LOL Gllad to have you and good luck in your RE ventures....
