Thing is, it was long, looked to be cut and pasted for such emails as mine and not the best English - HUGE red flags...

My background is in commercial aviation and I so enjoy flying and traveling to destinations all over the world with my family.

When you look at volume (how many people are in the total population of people to interview) all it takes to run an article on 5 biggest mistakes for anything (real estate, relationships, swimming the English channel) all you need is a journalist that who may not even be able to spell the subject and people willing to quote a list of mistakes.  

We have properties in parts of town where English is not spoken in every home.

They could barely speak english and certainly weren't RE experts.1.

Does any one know of a reasonable English speaking virtual assistant company they could refer?

I recommend English as it is the language predominately recognized by the court system in the US....okay...joking aside....I'm not an attorney and I don't play one on TV, but generally speaking my understanding of the operating agreement is that it governs roles and responsibilities of the management of the corporation.

They are very appreciative of our services because we treat them as we would like to be treated - no high fees, we follow through, we speak English, and we actually answer the phone!
