As for towing, I will be at the property in a few weeks and since I have a rapport with them I will just go ahead and tell them that a tow company will be towing any vehicle not authorized to park on my property after I'm gone.

if it is, I'd march down there, the principal broker is usually in the office or one of his team leaders should be and they should have the authority to print you a cancelation and sign it for you right there.

However as a buyer your not obligated to go higher your the one in control not the agent so unless you authorize your agent to bid higher nothing is going to happen.As a seller and I have sold a lot of prop that i owned well over 1000 flips and new builds the buyers agents are all over the map but they are taking their marching orders from their buyers bottom line we get low balled all the time..
