A great way to network and meet people in your local community is to attend in person meet ups.

There is no wrong way to do this unless you aren't doing it at all OR you're harrassing peopleIf you find yourself attending a bunch of educational webinars, watching too many tutorial/training videos, or anything other than those 2 things, take some time to stop and reflect. 

I attended its summer sale yesterday and I bought two properties.

Do this by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

I am looking to attend some of the local meetups and hopefully make some good connections.

I have started attending GRID Clifton, and Reston (occasionally).

Join local meetings, attend real estate seminars and workshops, participate in online communities, and network with local real estate agents.

In TN if they do not attend this inspection their rights to object to the condition of the property is pretty much non-existent.
