From personal experience with relatives and friends, I pretty much believe that anyone with more than one DUI is an alcoholic. 

Cut subsidies for the corn product, meat product, and tax the hell out of them while you at it, tax even more alcohol and tobacco and the soft drink product.

If you are interested in renting the property as a Sober Living House, you might contact a local alcohol recovery center and see if they have any leads for you.Another idea is a battered women's shelter.

By that logic we should congratulate heroin dealers since party goers are no longer confined to legal substances such as alcohol & marijuana.

I should have written in my review of them that they were obnoxious, chain-smoking alcoholics…but wait I’m a Superhost, so I dont’ do that, because that would not have been in the spirit of the whole “Airbnb make a new friend” mantra.

No smoking, No Alcohol, No pets, They can set the rules.

I don't think these people would do that, but they are heavy drinkers, so not sure what they might do when the alcohol is speaking.I am interested to hear how all the experienced landlords on this forum deal with debt collection.
