My sentiments come from having 11 different roommates in college (from undergrad to law school students) and dealing w/ the lack of respect for the living area/other roommates was enough for me to be opposed to having roommates again.Having said that, I think the type of people chosen would be very important and I think I could be a lot more particular about what I'm looking for in a roommate if I decided to go down that route.

Two years later, and my first year out of undergrad, I had a down payment saved and was ready to jump in (Rich Dad, Poor Dad was still all that my RE education consisted of).

As part of my post-undergrad transition I asked my mentor if I could study some of his multifamily properties so I could learn and understand some of the systems and scenarios that take place in these kind of properties.I plan to spend at least 2-3 months living in and studying his properties, some of which have 300+ units.

My undergrad was in biochemistry and now I am pursing Master in Bioscience which will put me into business world of pharmaceutical/biotech companies ( I wont do any bench chemistry lab work). 

I have not yet received any additional information on this since I am only a few months out of my undergrad with a diploma but I have read the payment plan can extend up to 30 years and payments are around ~150$ a month from information I have gathered.

My undergrade degree is in phychology.

Hi Everyone,I recently moved to Charlotte (three days ago) to begin my career after graduating from undergrad.

On top of my day job, which I have been forced to work overtime 45-50 hours a week, I am also taking college courses online full time to finish my undergrad degree within the next year with plans on going to graduate school after that, so suffice it to say that I don't have too much free time on my hands.
