:woohoo:I got a contract on a house on Wednesday with a closing scheduled on that Friday, I made two phone calls to investors, told them they couldn't see the inside, and ended up double closing on Friday with a check for $5,000.

I realize that many people would real estate investing stressful, I would find it far more stressful to be at a 9 to 5 knowing that in order to make more money I would have to work more hours.For example, I just closed a home friday that I made a $17,000 net profit, That would be the equivalent to working a full year 2000 hours at $8.50 an hour, which alot of people do.

hey whats up k, theres a ton of forclusre listing in bridgeport, in the saturday ct post (newspaper). i looked online they have a section for forclosures but none listed tonite maybe the do it satuday like the print edition. http://connpost.kaango.com/feListAds/categoryID/775 , i called on one friday but it was cancelled most have been snacthed up by an investor, also i belong to reality trac and there a ton there also,but not all the one's that are in the paper thats why you have to do both. hope this helps
