Rental Showing advice Please.

I have a home I want to rent. The problem is it is 1 1/2 hours away from where I live. I anticipate renting the property for $350.00 - $400.00 a month. What is the best way to show the property and field all the call from potential renters? I really do not want to drive there and back every time someone would like to see the place.. Any tips anyone could give me would greatly be appreciated. Thank You, Richard
