I am exploring installation of roof top solar panels to a) reduce the utility bills (Owner paid utility situation), b) to replace an old roof part of this deal so it can be depreciated quickly!

The notification panel is not set up like that.

A house with screw in fuses in the electrical panel is legal as long as it past code when it was built .  

Right now, we live in Seligman in an off grid community - we are on solar panels, generator and haul our own water.

For future reference in a Class D neighborhood.Probably don't invest there.Leave original sheetrock/paneling.  

I have an environmental remediation company coming to check it out.once rehab is complete it should rent for 1400-1600Brief synopsis of rehab: partial roof (maybe more, there's a sag), sheetrock over existing paneling and paint.  

EG: some cities offer solar credits where the city pays a very large % of installing solar panels.

I am very handy and will try to salvage the breaker panels from the building I'm tearing down. 

Apparently the aluminum siding was considerably thicker and more damage resistant and the coating that provided the color and graining to the panels was more costly and had a longer lifespan.The FTC lost that case.
