Also look at splitting your $200k either in 4, $50k investment so you get to try 4 sponsors or even $100k each so you get to see 2 sponsors. a Market correction is on the Horizon and I think some of the Syndicators out there will be in for an awakening. 

You need to do this religiously.

Building to code doesn't guarantee building quality and if you're relying on building inspectors to confirm you're subs are building quality, you're in for a rude awakening. 

I watch my score religiously, both with the bank we use (they offer free CS) and experian.com. 

For what its worth I listen to your podcast religiously and have found it to be one of the very best out there.

For the sake of discussion, assume that anti-fraud flipping guidelines are being adhered to religiously and the home being purchased is very low in cost, needing much renovation work, paid for in cash and not in a neighborhood with strict HOA guidelines.Thanks in advance.
