I still think it's a good value, because it handles accounting (books), website, online application, screening, e-pay, maintenance tracking, tenant portals, etc.

I’m using just general portals to the MLS such as realitorcom and Zillow.

Why are you using Redfin instead of your real estate agent’s portal?  

For any other requests, you can directly call their customer support portal, which always get connected during their operation hours (6am - 6pm PST, 7days a week), according to my experience.

Less industry insight: Agents have access to the MLS real estate portal that lists a ton of information about homes for sale and as a normal consumer you can’t access that information.

In rent redi you can generate a lease and manage the leases for your tenants through the portal and have them electronically sign.

Hi Friends, does Chicago require registration on their short term rental portal for Airbnb listings longer than a month?

It has a maintenance portal where tenants can input any issues they are having, you will recieve a notification / email when any tickets are created and you can have your handyman included so he will  receive the emails  directly as well (if you wish).
