I think telling them you might use them in the future but provide all of this free crap today is a waste of time.Any smart commercial broker will not spend time on such things.Why not just pay for a report or send them a nice gift card to the restaurant of their choice?

I see a lot of artsy mom and pop restaurants popping up which is a good sign.

@Stone Teran  Here are a few ideas for your consideration (from a member of your target audience - an "Old Dawg"):Introduce a referral program for your existing tenants where they get a free months rent, restaurant gift cards, etc. for referred tenants who sign a one-year lease. 

Also something I have seen locally is agents doing short videos on local businesses like restaurants.

It’s a very up and coming part of town, 25 new restaurants just moved in right down the street.

I have a LLC for my restaurant which has been in business for about 4-5 years.

Last year, we actually looked at 2 commercial properties, one pub, one fast food restaurant.

Mind to share the name of that Chinese Restaurant?
