We have had may leads but people keep losing interest.

You back out of the deal & lose your EMD.

I mean, without it, you lose the element of surprise.

You should be placing far greater emphasis on the  fundamentals of the neighborhoods in which you invest.

If I had held I would have eventually made around a quarter million instead of losing 100k+.

It’s one regret that sticks out the most of my life is losing out on the portfolio I would have if I hadn’t originally quit.

Also if your stock portfolio after taxes is netting you more than 5% you are going into a losing scenario as you are taking money that is earning more and investing it in something earning less.

For me personally (and from what I've heard from clients), an agent should NOT be afraid to lose a deal, especially if it's in your clients best interest.
