When I typed your initial and last name, I was given some threads where you posted, and from there the point Joshua Dorkin mentioned comes into play; beneath the user's avatar icon there is a link showing a number and the word "posts" - if you click that you see all the threads where that user participated.

If you click on Joshua's name in his post above, it will take you to his profile and you should see an option on the left for "Send Joshua a Private Message".

You will also notice Joshua Dorkin adds a personal touch not found on other forums.

Hi Joshua,I would say I have been building my nerve for about the last three years.I am particularly interested in single family homes, but would like to eventually graduate to multi units and/or commerical.
