It doesn't seem like there's much turnover in the MFRs in this area but when there is, we understand they get snatched up pretty quickly so in spite of the original price this one caught our eye simply because over time it just kept popping up until we decided to run some numbers and just swing for the fences (compared to asking) with our offer.

-The list - if you don't have a highly targeted list you will get terrible results in spite of getting everything else right.

This is in spite of most San Diegans wanting some anti-growth passed but they cannot agree on which one.  

In addition, I'm about to become an empty nester...and in spite of the journey I've had to encounter to get here I am glad to be here!

In the event that you do get named in the suit against the PM for reasons which are YOUR responsibility as an owner such as failing to fund your PM for the requested safety issues which have been brought to your attention but which the PM is being sued for by the Tenant because you failed to provide those resources — you can see how not having your PM listed as an additional insured would result in you as an owner just trying to walk-way which would give your PM no other option other than to sue you for failing to meet your owner obligations in-spite of your PM carrying out their duties for your property in good faith - quite messy - which is why we nor most PMs would undertake such.

while on the topic of communicating clearly, and thinking clearly, for effective action...my personal opinion of Obama in spite of promises, media attention and campaigning etc., he has no clue about business or how to fix the economy. we are the business people. we, not he, can fix the economy. if he doesn't want our help that's fine. we don't really need his. we should try to stop him from making a big mess though.I tend to focus and look at things until I understand them clearly and can see through them. then I focus and take action from there, in all directions that I feel will be effective, in ways that will have the most impact with the least time commitment.

And that starts to effect purchase prices (inspite of the higher interest rates.)  

Plenty of folks go ahead with the signs in spite of the local ordinances.
