Search for tall grass, old roofs, old cars/ boats in the yard, snow not shoveled.Some people found great partners doing out of state deals, but it requires some serious thought.Seller finance deals, check craigslist and use that as a keyword, I've found some opportunity in my direct mail campaigns but have never successfully scored one yet.
