Hopefully IBM can figure out how to make the AI give clients good advice to navigate the gray areas of the law too.  

In fact, a very plain, unadorned little house needs color a lot MORE than one with the decorative details.I'm not talking bright purple or hot pink here, just not beige or gray or white.

The gray area is maintenance.Small repairs up to $50 I dont see a problem with.I also give a rent discount up to $50 if the rent is paid on or before the 1st.
