Hi Amiris,Thanks for your comment.We launched like 2 weeks ago with a half A$$ed website and ZERO marketing and already recruited 7 agents.I have had VC's throwing money at me like crazy but we are looking at bootstrapping for now until we prove the concept and maybe raise money on our terms.Looking at including all of these things in our online platform:Live support, training and “How To” video’s, various marketing templates, a CRM database management software, a DIY social media account set up, a DIY personal website set up, create own Dotloop signature tool, online continual education courses and a full blown real estate library of videos, tips, webinars, courses, etc..I'm super excited about this mate and believe it to be the new revolution of real estate brokerages Thanks again

Both Quicken products do income and expense tracking for a Schedule C type business and allows TurboTax to import tax items directly from the Quicken database.

This means that I have 1000's of stagnant records sitting in my lead database that I have to update before I can send off for the info above.  

., if you PM me the address, I can check the database and see if it's ever been inspected for lead paint.

There's actually a rather big database of Montreal Real Estate Investors in "meetup.com", but all the groups are inactive.

What I like about this is that I also use Cozy for rent collection so it is easy to transition your tenants to this payment service if that is your preference.I will say this, I also check the local civil database for any open cases.  

If i cant do it, i may have a buyer in my 50k name list or our database of a few hundred that buy from us very consistently.
