My favorite way is is simply using Pricelabs using a comp set, OR using Airbnb itself to see what your direct competition is.

My most recent LOI was for a 168-unit property, and I’m also working on LOIs for properties with 200+ units.I’ve had conversations with brokers and, in some cases, even the sellers directly.

It is really important to make sure you find a quality agent who is familiar with the market and neighborhoods there so they can point you in the best direction to meet your investment goals.

Any advice, mentorship or direction would be greatly appreciated.
