"Better" can be defined in terms of risk and return.Risk - You told us nothing about the investment nor GP, so it's impossible for us to really comment beyond lower risk might be better.

For people reading this - I don’t know the sponsor and this is a general comment but if a sponsor had issues reporting to their customers that should be a giant red flag.

Prior comment of getting 15% in these investments - honestly I don’t see it because of the burden of the overhead to deal with small dollar investors.We started our fund At $500 and quickly bumped it up to now it’s $5,000 because of the costs of dealing with these small dollar investors was to excessive.

. - Many are okay and actually understand DIY PM is not for everyone, but there are some that only have negative comments about PMCs.2) Owners & PMCs that promote hiring professionals.- Some PMC members are only here to promote themselves and don't offer much of value.

Its one thing to have an opinion, but I would not want biggerpockets to have a chatbot to answer those questions (nor would I assume they want the liability).Within your comment lies the more reason for AI powered fact-checkers and flagging system that can flag bad and good advice.
