I went to the bank today and fortunately made it while they were open.So while others took the day off, I bought two houses, after settlement, I'm taking the rest of the day off and Christmas too.Oh yea, did a radio interview this morning for 40 minutes, all is good.Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

In my experience, even when legal, growers tend to keep their homes clean, don't have wild parties and will pay their rent before anything else [ plants not easy to transport] And if you're lucky, at Christmas he will give you something a little better than an 'I Love My landlord" t-shirt.

I got a house I probably can't finish before Christmas and I want to move it. 

Christmas and income tax is VERY important in the city.

Really more for curiosity and knowledge, but at the same time if I can buy a half million dollar home for 5k for my family it's a Christmas Miracle....House is in a HOA residential neighborhood.
