Hi,I have been browsing around and searching but haven't seen this discussed (sorry for any duplication).

I currently own my own business, and enjoy coaching and playing both soccer and golf.I just did some browsing in the forums and it seems very promising.

I have done a little browsing, but have not found any good areas yet. 

If you can't bring cash to the closing table and can't sell, then you could be foreclosed when the note becomes due.I've had good success browsing craigslist or even MLS listings, using those key words, to find deals.- Tom

Hi everyone been browsing for some 4plexes and noticed some have HOA fees.I wanted to know if any of you guys have had any experience with purchasing a 4plex that has them.How do you like it?
