Hey Everyone,I am taking a trip out to St Louis MI and was hoping I can get some recommendations on property managers for SFR and small multi family in the area.

We hope to put them to work for us in exchange for free trips to Hawaii to hang out with their family.Can anyone suggest reading material for a tear down/rebuild?

I currently have an operating AirBnB in Colorado and looking to do a vacation this winter, staying in some AirBnBs while on the trip.  

I say all this to say, You will have to make trips to the market when team building.  

I want to get a clearer idea of what travel expenses I can write off, but I don't want to get into a gray area of risky tax practices, so here's my question: If I'm in town for a week, can I treat the first three days as a work trip and the rest as personal time, and write of the airfare and business costs with confidence that I'm not muddying the waters?

Any general advice on what is most important to do during a two day market analysis trip?

Starting this way while you're young and childless will put you far ahead of others.This may feel like the end of a long trip. 

Visited a year ago and would love to have a reason to deduct trips back :-)
