Ryan Gilroy what type of investing (buy and hold /fix and flip) and what target / price rangeNE /SE DC and PG county are where a lot of investors are buying.

I am having trouble calculating the Preferred Return on pg 235, Table 14-4 , see below.

We had a Pepco issue in PG county 2 or 3 years ago.

@Ernest McNeilYour cited article is specific to PG county, not Maryland as a whole.  

Montgomery County, HoCo, Anne Arundel, no....PG is a no even if you do live in the property.

I was also looking in DC for a house hack a little over a year ago and ended up buying in PG county where property values were more affordable and there is still a huge demand for rentals there from students, families, young professionals in the area, etc.
