Then out of that cut comes all of the agents fixed and variable expenses like errors and omissions insurance, association fees, MLS fees, health insurance, continuing ed, licensing fees, gas and vehicle expenses, software subscription fees, marketing, laptop, cell phone, clothing (optional), team split, desk fees, photos/cleaning/staging/advertising/signs if they're the listing agent, etc., etc., etc.

Both units have been month to month since June 2020 the language: "with the Tenant(s) having the option to continue to occupy the Premesis under the same terms and conditions of this agreement under a month-to-month arrangement (tenancy at will) with either the landlord or tenant having the option to cancel the tenancy with at least 30 days notice or the minimum time set by the state whichever is shorter."

The laws are changing fast and furious, but as I understand it:If your unit falls under CA rent control (and most do), increases are capped at CPI + 5% or 10% annually, whichever is lower.LA City (not county) has a moratorium on rent increases.

Their MLS's use free template flyers to input info into.Your question is along the lines of " Would an agent pay a bunch of money for  a professional photo or shoot one for free on their cell phone that gets 80% of the way there?
