I understand you want curb appeal but house can still be marketed contingent on roof, exterior, foundation, and landscaping completed within six months.

The proximity to downtown Raleigh does make it seem very appealing for a speculative play.

from what I seen on pic the house is too narrow/small with no driveway , it's a single family with not much appeal that's mph
