VA financing seems to be your best bet.Your only hope (absent the VA loan possibility) to get into a deal without a down payment will be with seller financing, which will limit your pool drastically, increase how many deals you have to go through to find something, and likely increase your purchase price. 100% financing deals are virtually non-existent right now outside of finding a desperate seller that wants to dump property.
