There will be a big shopping complex in the not too distant future with a Wal-Mart I believe on the other side of 83 (Remington). appreciation?

Here is my situation: my father is trying to retire and owns an auto repair shop in Madison, Wisconsin free and clear.

Centrally located near the shops and public transportation, and schools. check check check. 

Getting someone close to nice schools and shopping is always a plus.   5.  

There are a huge number of vintners out there, so it's difficult for customers to price shop.

I walked into the local show room and saw better looking and better prices than what I shopped at HD.Don

restaurant & bar (cost of liqour license), and pro shop.

Another way to save/make money is to seperate your trash , I pull out all metal and keep a pile at my shop , lawn mowers , washers and dryers ANYTHING metal .

We shop all of our policies every few years and try to consolidate them back to one carrier.  

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I just got offered a job in Fort Collins starting in early AugustI suppose I better finish the buy and hold duplex I am working on right before I pick up shop and move east!
