I am getting ready to purchase another property. And it seems like a great time to see if my insurance company is give me a good deal or charging me too much.

So what companies have you used that have either provided great service at a good price.

Or Horrible service and any price (So I stay away).

Thanks

Insurance can be very regional, so not sure if you have the same options.  American Family has a landlord program.  Most of our properties are too old to qualify for the best benefits.  We like State Farm, they have been great with claims, but they shy away from any problem properties.  We shop all of our policies every few years and try to consolidate them back to one carrier.  Good Luck!
