Two things: 1, you will be committing fraud if you memorialize something to paper that didn't exist and claim it was from that date.

If you're talking to a broker that only shows you one or two programs: find another. 

I call him two-bit and tell him I keep waiting to be served.

I believe a lot of these courses do work but the problem is they attract people who think they'll be a baller in two months in Real Estate just because the course alone.

Some people take signings for $35 thinking they are making money but don't because they don't account for vehicle expenses, paper, toner, etc.After expenses, your profit only comes out to like $10/hour or so on most days because packages are upwards of 250 pages and you have to print two of them.
